Hi Felipe, yes indeed I have, along with a wide range of other approaches, such as mindfulness, yoga, a range of different types of exercise, doing work with meaning, therapy, medication, etc. A lot of these things contribute to making a difference, and have helped me develop in a range of ways, but I feel there is something larger at play. The book Lost Connections and this video have both helped me see things more clearly. It’s a work in progress : )
